・製品に不具合が発生した場合は、保証書をご用意の上お問い合わせください。
・メーカー修理を受ける場合はご購入日の確認が取れる保証書添付用レシートなどの証明が必要となります。
・ご購入日が不明な場合、保証対象外となりますのでご購入店舗へお申し出下さい。

正規代理店以外(転売業者等)や中古品(フリマアプリ、オークション購入等を含む)から購入した製品は、使用状況、保管環境が不明の為、有償無償問わず保証対象外となります。

If a problem occurs with the product, please contact us with your warranty card.
If you wish to receive repairs from the manufacturer, you will need to provide proof such as a receipt with the warranty attached to verify the date of purchase.
If the purchase date is unknown, the product is not covered by the warranty, so please contact the store where you purchased it.
Products purchased from sources other than authorized dealers (such as resellers) or second-hand goods (including flea market apps, auction purchases, etc.) are not covered by the warranty, regardless of whether they were purchased free of charge, since the usage and storage conditions are unknown.
