We will establish and maintain "ensuring customer satisfaction and product safety" by continually reviewing and improving our product safety management system.

We will establish safety standards as required by law, as well as our own unique safety standards, always conduct appropriate safety management, and strive to continually improve safety.

We will proactively collect information from customers regarding accidents or problems related to our products, and provide and disclose appropriate information to customers.

In the event of a product accident, we will take prompt action in accordance with laws and regulations, and when deemed necessary in relation to an unforeseen product accident, we will take measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of harm, such as recalling the product.

To ensure that customers use our products safely, we provide warnings and labels in instruction manuals and on the products themselves that will help avoid accidents caused by improper use or carelessness.

We will regularly and continuously provide education and training to improve safety.
